This website is operated by Icancrochet LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Icancrochet LTD. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you the user, on condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out here.

By visiting the site or buying something from us you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced in them. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top tells you when that last happened. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

1. Using this shop

• By agreeing to these terms you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have a parent or guardian’s consent.
• You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or break any law in your jurisdiction — copyright law very much included.
• You must not transmit worms, viruses or any destructive code to the site.
• Breaking any of these terms ends your right to use the Service immediately.

2. What you are buying, and what you may do with it

Every product on this site is a digital PDF crochet pattern. Nothing is posted to you. When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the pattern. That means:

• You may use the pattern as many times as you like, print copies for your own use, and sell the finished toys you make from it — at markets, in your shop, online, anywhere. A credit to ICANCROCHET is always appreciated but never required.
• You may not copy, share, resell, give away, publish, translate or redistribute the pattern file itself, in whole or in part, or claim it as your own design.
• The patterns, photographs, text and designs on this site remain the intellectual property of Icancrochet LTD and are protected by copyright.

3. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not entirely accurate, complete or current. The material here is for general information and should not be your only basis for a decision. Any reliance on it is at your own risk. We may change the contents of the site at any time but are not obliged to update anything.

4. Prices and changes to the Service

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We are not liable to you or to any third party for a price change, modification, suspension or discontinuance. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for.

5. Products and availability

Certain products are available exclusively through this website. They are subject to our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them faithfully. We may limit sales to any person, region or jurisdiction, and may limit or discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that a product will meet your expectations, though I very much hope it does.

6. Billing and account information

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an order appears to be placed for resale or is flagged as fraudulent. If we change or cancel an order we will try to contact you using the e-mail address given at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information, and to keep your e-mail address up to date so we can deliver your patterns and reach you if needed.

7. Third-party tools and links

We may give you access to third-party tools we neither monitor nor control. They are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, and your use of them is at your own risk. Links on this site may take you to websites we are not affiliated with; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Please read their policies before you transact with them.

8. Your reviews, comments and photos

If you send us a review, a photo, an idea or any other submission, you agree we may publish, edit, copy, translate and otherwise use it on this site and in our marketing, without payment and without any obligation to keep it confidential. You confirm that what you send is yours to send, does not infringe anyone’s rights, and is not unlawful, abusive or obscene. You are responsible for what you submit and for its accuracy. We may, but are not obliged to, edit or remove any submission. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

10. Errors and omissions

Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to change or cancel an order if the information was wrong, even after you have submitted it. We are under no obligation to update information except as the law requires.

In addition to everything above, you may not use the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to unlawful acts; to violate any regulation, rule or law; to infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload malicious code; to collect or track other people’s personal information; to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; for any obscene purpose; or to interfere with the security of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Icancrochet LTD and its officers, directors, agents, contractors and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because you broke these terms or the law, or infringed someone’s rights.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it is still enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable part is severed without affecting the rest.

15. Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it. These terms apply until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. If we believe you have broken these terms we may terminate at any time without notice, and you remain liable for amounts due up to that date.

16. Entire agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it. These terms, together with the policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Service and supersede anything agreed before.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of the country you live in.
