Download Policy
Everything on this site is an instant digital download. Nothing is posted to you, and nothing ever expires.

How delivery works
- You pay. Nothing is shipped — every product here is a PDF.
- The thank-you page appears straight away with a download button for every pattern in your order. You can start there and then.
- An e-mail lands in the inbox you gave at checkout, with the same links. It usually arrives within a minute or two.
- Your links keep working. Come back next year and they will still be there.
Lost your e-mail?
Use the Get My Downloads page — type the e-mail address you used at checkout and I will send your links straight back to you. It is the fastest fix and it works at three in the morning.
What you need
- A PDF reader. Every phone, tablet and computer has one built in. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free if yours does not.
- Enough space. The patterns are photo-heavy, so they are a few megabytes each. On a phone, downloading over Wi-Fi is kinder to your data.
- No special software, no account, no subscription.
Downloading on a phone
On an iPhone, tapping a link opens the PDF in Safari — tap the share icon and choose Save to Files or Books so you keep it. On Android, the file usually lands in your Downloads folder and opens in Drive or your PDF app. If a link seems to do nothing, it has very often downloaded silently; check your Downloads or Files app before writing to me.
How many times can I download?
As many times as you need. New phone, new laptop, accidentally deleted the file — all fine. The links are personal to your order, so please do not pass them on; sharing them is what the licence in the Terms of Service does not allow.
What you may do with the patterns
- Make the toys as often as you like, for yourself or as gifts.
- Sell the finished toys you make. At markets, in your shop, online — you keep every penny, and a credit to ICANCROCHET is welcome but never required.
- Print copies for your own use, and scribble all over them.
What you may not do is share, resell, publish or redistribute the pattern file itself. These patterns are how I feed my family; passing the PDF around is what stops me making more.
Delivery records
Each download is logged with the order number, the file, the time, the IP address and the browser used. I keep this as proof of delivery — it is what lets me answer a bank if a payment is ever disputed. It is described in the Privacy Policy and kept for two years.
If something goes wrong
If a file will not open, is incomplete, or a link refuses to work, that is mine to fix. Write to support@icancrochet.com with your order number and I will send you a working copy the same day — or refund you if I cannot. That sits entirely outside the 30-day window in the Refund Policy.
Still stuck?
There is a walk-through with pictures on the How To Download page, and I answer every e-mail myself, usually within 24 hours.
